SHADOW RUN HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION BOARD OF DIRECTORS The Shadow Run Homeowners Board of Directors serve the Homeowners Association on a volunteer basis and are available to listen to your concerns and assist in solving any problems you may be having related to your homeowner status.The Shadow Run Board of Directors meets monthly on the third Monday at 7:00 p.m at the Riverview Civic Center, 11020 Park Drive, Riverview. The meeting is open to all homeowners and you are encouraged to attend. The Annual meeting of the members is held on the third Monday of May each year. At such meeting members elect Directors, in person or by proxy, to serve for a one year term. The officers of the corporation are elected annually by the Board of Directors Please contact any of the Board members or use the ASK THE BOARD feature on the website if you have questions you would like answered, need information, wish to make a report, or if you would like to volunteer to serve on a Committee. It contains valuable information including a current listing of the Board of Directors, Committees, Architectural forms, the Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, and Deed Restrictions and Protective Covenants. No password is necessary to sign on.ABOUT SHADOW RUN SUBDIVISIONShadow Run is a unique subdivision in Hillsborough County, Riverview, Florida. Each home site is at least one acre, every home is different in architectural design and most are upwards of 2300 square feet. Deed restrictions provide guidelines for the maintenance of yards, residences and common areas. Due to diligent enforcement of the deed restrictions, property values are among the highest in southern Hillsborough County. Shadow Run is divided into two segments, east and west, and both sections center around Shadow Run dam which forms the northern boundary of Lake Grady. The dam provides a serene, beautiful area enhanced by many species of wildlife. Many more acres, titled the Donneymoor Preserve, have been designated as a wildlife and forestry refuge by the governance of Hillsborough County.The Shadow Run Damn Corporation (SRDC) was formed in March of 2000 for the sole purpose of maintaining the integrity of the dam. The SRDC is a non profit corporation managed by a Board of volunteer directors who offer their time and effort to ensure that the dam is properly maintained. The SRDC Board of Directors meets at 6:00 p.m. the same evening as the SRHOA. A bimonthly newsletter, The Shadow Runner, is mailed to each residence to provide updates on business transacted at SRHOA Board meetings and to report on community issues and activities. Sign boards are posted at both the east and west entrances to notify residents of current events. |
